With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
60 Day Easy Returns
We offer a 60 Days returns on the majority of items purchased on our website and in store. Simply return the item unused and undamaged with its original packaging and we will process a refund to you within 7 days to the original payment method.
After 60 days the suppliers original warranty will apply, and we will endeavour to repair, replace or refund the item depending on how the supplier sees fit to remedy any acknowledge issue with a product.RETURNING ITEMS WITH BATTERIES - Please use Royal Mail and notify them of the contents when arranging shipping so a battery label can be attached - Please connect batteries before packing, for example batteries should be connected to heated gloves, as this is the only way you can ship items with Lithium Batteries. The Big Cobber front bike light produces an incredible 330° of light, so you will be clearly seen from the front as well as from both sides.
It is brilliantly effective at attracting attention day and night, making it one of the safest front bike lights you could choose. Knog was told by 18 factories that the Cobber would be impossible, but they were happy to prove them wrong. This light is the world's only 330-degree front bike light.
Big Cobber is simple to operate with a single button. A long press will turn the light on and off, and a short press will cycle through the modes. Efficient Chip on Board (COB) LEDs provide maximum brightness level for up to 90% of the battery burn time. As well as 8 pre-programmed modes, it is compatible with Knog's ModeMaker app so you can customise your light modes.
The light comes with tool-less removable silicone straps for handlebars 22mm - 32mm+ and head tubes up to 200mm in diameter. It also includes a standard and aero mount. For charging, Big Cobber plugs directly into USB-A ports. When the battery is running low, a red ring will light up around the button. This ring will turn green and then turn off once the light is fully charged.
