With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
60 Day Easy Returns
We offer a 60 Days returns on the majority of items purchased on our website and in store. Simply return the item unused and undamaged with its original packaging and we will process a refund to you within 7 days to the original payment method.
After 60 days the suppliers original warranty will apply, and we will endeavour to repair, replace or refund the item depending on how the supplier sees fit to remedy any acknowledge issue with a product.RETURNING ITEMS WITH BATTERIES - Please use Royal Mail and notify them of the contents when arranging shipping so a battery label can be attached - Please connect batteries before packing, for example batteries should be connected to heated gloves, as this is the only way you can ship items with Lithium Batteries. The PRS-30LB solves one of the biggest challenges of e-bike maintenance, repair, and cleaning: getting it off the ground.
This professional-grade clamp lowers to a height of 74 cm (29"), allowing you to clamp onto the seatpost or seat tube of most bicycles without needing to lift them into the stand. From there, it features 58 cm (23") of height adjustment, elevating the bike to a comfortable position for various procedures. Height adjustment is accomplished using an internally-geared mechanism driven by a simple hand crank. Height can also be adjusted using a common battery-operated drill with a 10 mm socket for truly effortless lifting of heavy bicycles.
Built to the same standards as professional repair stands, the PRS-30LB is constructed from all-steel components and powder coated for a lifetime of use. It easily lifts and lowers bikes and e-bikes up to 54 kg (120 lbs.). The PRS-30LB does not include legs or a base plate. It can be mounted to a #130 Repair Stand Base or directly to the floor using the FP-2 Floor Plate (both sold separately).
