With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
60 Day Easy Returns
We offer a 60 Days returns on the majority of items purchased on our website and in store. Simply return the item unused and undamaged with its original packaging and we will process a refund to you within 7 days to the original payment method.
After 60 days the suppliers original warranty will apply, and we will endeavour to repair, replace or refund the item depending on how the supplier sees fit to remedy any acknowledge issue with a product.RETURNING ITEMS WITH BATTERIES - Please use Royal Mail and notify them of the contents when arranging shipping so a battery label can be attached - Please connect batteries before packing, for example batteries should be connected to heated gloves, as this is the only way you can ship items with Lithium Batteries. If you've managed to drip tyre sealant over your floor, your clothes or even your trusty steed, you need ultimate sealant remover. This patented formula acts to effectively dissolve the molecular bonds between latex sealant and the surface or garment that it's fallen onto.
All you need to do is test first in an inconspicuous area of your clothes or kit, then wet the area if applying to a hard surface only. Spray the ultimate sealant remover liberally over the affected area, wipe off immediately with a clean white cloth for hard surfaces, or wait for three minutes if applying to clothing. Finally, agitate clothing with a stiff brush, such as a toothbrush, to dislodge that latex, or give the bike or floor a thorough wash to remove any excess remover. If needed, repeat as necessary.
This formula is water based and biodegradable, so it's kind to the environment and won't harm your bike's frame paint if used as directed. It's an invaluable tool for helping salvage your precious belongings after a messy sealant job.
